The fourth instalment of Shore Report came through the letter box this week showcasing the elegant collection of watches & straps, an interesting feature about Bristol, music, film and book opinions, inspiring articles, ways to wear and the recent lookbook.

Back in 2014 I was lucky enough to win a an Instagram competition with @shore_projects, For my prize I was offered to choose any watch from Project 1 collection and an additional strap, I have never really had a decent watch before, since then my wrist feels naked without it!

I opted for a the statement Project 1 St Ives watch with th classic green strap and a spare black leather strap. I’ve always been more of a black and gold kind of lass so I mostly wear the gold or back straps, but it’s nice to have the option of colour to break up a look. After looking at the recent strap selection in the Shore Report zine I’ll be ordering from the silicone or polkadot range next.

I love my SP watch, the brushed gold and black watch face is strong yet elegant adding a modern twist to a retro style. Last month I was blessed with a SP Birthday gift – a free gold mesh strap as part of the Shore Projects Birthday gift programme. I can honestly with confidence that this is the best watch I’ve ever owned, and from a unique UK homegrown company who really look after their customers.

It’s easy to take care of, easy to clean the face and straps, even easier to change the straps should you wish to switch up your mood or style….Even better following the different styles and influences through the Shore Projects Instagram account!

If your looking for a long lasting, stylish watch with an endless selection of interchangeable straps head over to the Shore Projects shop to see the full collections and projects. For more Shore Projects styles and influence check out this seasons lookbook.

All styles and straps are vailable direct from the lovely folks over at Shore Projects website or at stockists such as Selfridges Co., John Lewis, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, Topshop and Anthropologie.

Thank you Shore Projects!

“Shore Projects is a watch brand inspired by the elementary beauty and idyllic fun of the British seaside. Started by a group of friends who one day happened to notice that none of them actually wore watches, our ambition was simply to create a timeless, quality product that could be worn every day, whether exploring pebbled stretches of beach or rambling through concrete city streets.”
